There is scientific proof of an accelerated growth rate using the Micro Bubbler. Studies have shown an accelerated growth rate up to 30% can be achieved with this system. No chemicals, totally organic, this Micro Bubbler also cleans the recycled water, which also keeps the system operating clean.
The third advantage is our solar power system. We are using the latest in solar power – a Graphene Solar Panel. Typical solar panels have the power of solar cells transferring their power from one solar cell to the next solar cell, like a string of lights. Our solar panel uses graphene, which is an electrical conductor, allowing the power of one solar cell to transfer power to any solar cell next to it, taking the path of least resistance! This means we obtain more power per square foot of solar panel surface than any standard solar panel. Our increased efficiency is 20% more than standard solar panels, which means we generate more power with the morning sunshine, more power with the evening light, and more power from between the clouds!
The power from this solar panel is obtained by the MPPT Charge Controller with Bluetooth capabilities. This means you can use your cell phone to see how much solar power was generated by the sunshine for the day, how much power was consumed, and the battery power level. Information is stored for 30 days, and can be transferred to your computer or cell phone. This is a great way to track the power system.
Solar Uses LLC - Hydroponic Tower
We continue the description of the Solar Power System with the Pre-Cast Base. This base is 40 inches in diameter, 2 inch thick, approximately 275 pounds, and has steel on the bottom and the sides. Inside this base are rebars that keep the pre-cast material in place. It can be lifted to its side and rolled by a single person. This base is like that of an umbrella stand supporting a vertical composite pole.
The composite pole is 10 inches in diameter and is very light-weight. This pole slides onto a galvanized sleeve that is 24” Long. The sleeve snugly fits inside the composite pole and is attached to the center of the Pre-Cast Base. As the pole slides down the sleeve, bolts attached to the sleeve 12 “ from the top, stop the pole from sliding down to the pre-cast base.
We attach an Aluminum Frame to a 28 inch long Composite pole that is mounted to the Solar Panel. This frame also contains space for two (2) weather tight battery boxes, in which both the batteries and the MPPT Charge Controller are housed. There are two clamps on the frame that secure the frame to the outside of the composite pole, thus allowing the pole to easily slide onto the sleeve.
The batteries we are using are 12 VDC, 75 Amp Hour Deep-Cycle, AGM Batteries. Each Battery contains up to 900 watts of stored power. “Deep Cycle” means these batteries can discharge 70% of their energy and recharge to 100% for over 3,000 cycles. There is a 3-year warranty on these
maintenance-free batteries.
See the attached picture for a better aide to understand the full Solar Powered Assembly. There are two wires that come from the Battery Box that are connected to the hydroponic system. We utilize an inverter inside the battery box to convert DC battery power to AC power used to run the Hydroponic System.

Since the plants are in direct contact with the special oxygen-rich water, the plant roots are obtaining micro-dissolved oxygen, helping the plant to deliver gasses, micronutrients, and bioactive compounds directly to the plant roods and foliar services, thus operating plant nutrition, enhancing nutrient absorption, water uptake, and overall metabolic activity.
We are conserving water use with this system. This system is increasing the growth cycle roughly from 7 days to 5 days with the same water volume! Less water is used to complete the growth cycle of the plants. Less time in the growth cycle also means the energy used to run the water pump and provide growing light are also conserved. Another advantage of this Special Micro Bubbler is that it provides a better pH (Lower) level of the water, also an improvement for the growth of plants. The micro-bubbles creates an additional volume of oxygen in the water, which in turn contributes to the additional growth of plants. This increased dissolved-oxygen content at the respective temperature provide the plants the additional capacity to grow.
The final advantage of this system is the ability to clean the water. Solids are no longer able to be suspended in a large quantity and quickly drop out of the water stream. We are taking about the quality of water improving, thus everything it touches, including the delivery system in a hydroponic unit is cleaner.

The full-spectrum Light provides more than enough light to grow the “Microgreens” 24/7. This light is seen on the left side of the picture. It provides enough light for all 12 levels. (An optional additional light is available for other plants, some food like mung do not require this light to be turned on.) The LED Light is attached to the frame of the stand at the Top and Bottom Support Brackets.
These parts are dishwasher safe. However a simple dip into a tub of soapy water with a quick scrub followed by a brief rinse of sprayed water is enough to clean these and make them ready for reuse.

Features of the Solar Powered System
The 435 Watt PV Graf Solar Panel is 25% more efficient than typical solar panels which means more power is generated in the early morning, late evening, and between the clouds. It produces more power per square foot of any solar panel because it is using Graphene Technology. The solar power in the solar cell in the corner of the panel no longer has to transfer the energy by ribbon that connects the adjacent solar cells with each other, providing a path of energy flow like a string of lights. The graphene provides infinite paths for the power from any solar cell to take the path of least resistance to get out of the solar panel. This is a technology advancement that provides a greater yield of solar power, no matter where you place this system.
The Solar Panel is mounted to the 10” Diameter Composite Pole, with an aluminum frame that clamps to the pole in two locations, providing better gripping strength. This frame also holds the battery boxes with each box containing up to 900 watts of power each. The power is able to keep the system running at night and during some of the cloudy weather. The Composite Pole slides down onto a galvanized sleeve that attached to the Pre-Cast Base. Making it easy to lift and separate from the base. The Pre-Cast Base is about 275 pounds, holding the assembly upright like an umbrella stand. Inside the Pre-Cast Base is rebar, minimizing cracking. The bottom and sides are steel, permitting the assembly to be lifted to a vertical position and rolled on the ground.
The Batteries, MPPT Charge Controller with Bluetooth, and Inverter fit inside the tall battery boxes, keeping everything dry. The MPPT Charge Controller can retain 30 days of data, monitoring battery power level, consumption, and amount of power generated by the sunshine received.
